Date:05/10/2019
Section:3
Special Stage:SS17 Colwyn Bay (2.4 km)

4. Esapekka Lappi (FIN) / Janne Ferm (FIN) - Citroen C3 WRC
It's great for the people but boring for us. Quite a decent day.

7. Pontus Tidemand (SWE) / Ola Floene (NOR) - Ford Fiesta WRC
It's been a good day.

33. Elfyn Evans (GBR) / Scott Martin (GBR) - Ford Fiesta WRC
It's really difficult to see where you're meant to go.

3. Teemu Suninen (FIN) / Jarmo Lehtinen (FIN) - Ford Fiesta WRC
It's been a long day so it's good to get back to the service.

89. Andreas Mikkelsen (NOR) / Anders Jaeger (NOR) - Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC
It's been OK, this morning we lost a bit too much time. We had a good run today so it'll be interesting tomorrow.

11. Thierry Neuville (BEL) / Nicolas Gilsoul (BEL) - Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC
Still in the fight. The times seemed OK but lets see what the guys behind do.

42. Craig Breen (IRL) / Paul Nagle (IRL) - Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC
The day was already gone this morning.

5. Kris Meeke (GBR) / Sebastian Marshall (GBR) - Toyota Yaris WRC
Not bad, pleased with it. Tomorrow it's going to be difficult to catch the guys in front.

1. Sébastien Ogier (FRA) / Julien Ingrassia (FRA) - Citroen C3 WRC
At least it's nice to have the day over.

8. Ott Tänak (EST) / Martin Järveoja (EST) - Toyota Yaris WRC
It's been a tricky day and we had to push for all the stages. It was demanding. Some of the stages tomorrow we've done them before but we still have to be strong.

24. Jan Kopecky (CZE) / Pavel Dresler (CZE) - Skoda Fabia R5 Evo
It was a stage for the spectators. It was very slippy in the chicanes. We had a puncture and also rolled today so not a good day.

21. Kalle Rovanperä (FIN) / Jonne Halttunen (FIN) - Skoda Fabia R5 Evo
It was quite a nice day without any risk. I was enjoying just driving safely. Same thing for tomorrow.

43. Pierre-Louis Loubet (FRA) / Vincent Landais (FRA) - Skoda Fabia R5
It was very slippery so not so enjoyable. Today was OK at the end.

55. Petter Solberg (NOR) / Phil Mills (GBR) - Volkswagen Polo R5
I'm very very pleased with everything. I'll try to stay focussed.

94. Tom Cave (GBR) / Dale Furniss (GBR) - Hyundai NG i20 R5
A very good day in the car, made some good progress, happy with the driving. It's been positive. Tomorrow, chase down the guys on the podium.

53. Adrien Fourmaux (FRA) / Renaud Jamoul (BEL) - Ford Fiesta R5
It's very slippery. It's nice for the spectators. Not as good as yesterday, we don't have the pace, we lost one minute.

44. Ole Christian Veiby (NOR) / Jonas Andersson (SWE) - Volkswagen Polo R5
It was slippery inside the chicanes, I nearly hit one. It's been a bit challenging today, we haven't been right for the stage times, I've been working on my driving and the setup of the car has been getting better. Tomorrow we will keep pushing.

93. Matt Edwards (GBR) / Mark Glennerster (GBR) - Hyundai NG i20 R5
I don't know what's wrong with it, the stage mode didn't work and we were really down on power. Other than that we really enjoyed it and got some good mileage on the car and experimented with the driving style.

49. Marco Bulacia (BOL) / Fabian Cretu (ARG) - Skoda Fabia R5
It was very tricky.

92. Takamoto Katsuta (JPN) / Daniel Barritt (GBR) - Ford Fiesta R5 Mkii
Today went really well, we had a good day, I'm really happy.

46. Alberto Heller (CHL) / Jose Diaz (ARG) - Ford Fiesta R5 Mkii
We finished the day without problems.

47. Fabio Andolfi (ITA) / Simone Scattolin (ITA) - Skoda Fabia R5
Today was difficult without service but we are happy we have done a good job. This stage was short but very slippery in the chicane.

41. Benito Guerra (MEX) / Jaime Zapata (MEX) - Skoda Fabia R5 Evo
It was OK, very tricky. We made a big mistake. It's for show but the seconds count. Today was better in the afternoon than the morning, tomorrow I think we will enjoy the stages.

72. Jan Solans (ESP) / Mauro Barreiro (ESP) - Ford Fiesta R2
Happy to be here at the end of the day, only one day left so let's finish this work.

71. Tom Kristensson (SWE) / Henrik Appelskog (SWE) - Ford Fiesta R2
I have a driveshaft issue so I need to be really careful, just to be able to continue the rally, so that was the plan. It will be OK.

56. Guillaume De Mevius (BEL) / Martijn Wydaeghe (BEL) - Citroen C3 R5
It was OK, but we had a puncture. For tomorrow we have to learn and try to do better than today.

73. Dennis Rädström (SWE) / Johan Johansson (SWE) - Ford Fiesta R2
There's quite good grip actually. Sadly we retired yesterday after hitting a stone in the road, it was a tighter fight but we gave it all today.

74. Roland Poom (EST) / Ken Jarveoja (EST) - Ford Fiesta R2
Just driving through the stages as we retired yesterday, it's not much to catch but we enjoyed the stages. Same tomorrow.

50. Paulo Nobre (BRA) / Gabriel Morales (BRA) - Skoda Fabia R5
I'm really honest all the time, I have exactly the same opinion of it as the Super Special Stage on Thursday night. But fantastic day today. There's still a lot to do to finish this rally that I really love.

77. Sean Johnston (USA) / Alex Kihurani (USA) - Ford Fiesta R2
That's a lot of waiting for a little bit of stage but I hope the fans enjoyed it. It's great to see a lot of them out there, even in the rain, proper rally fans. Plan for tomorrow, bring her home.

97. Eamonn Boland (IRL) / MJ (IRL) - Ford Fiesta R5
Not bad!

76. Enrico Oldrati (ITA) / Elia De Guio (ITA) - Ford Fiesta R2
Not bad, the second group in the afternoon we got a puncture and lost position. The other guy in front of me made some mistakes so fortunately we are still in P4 so let's see what we will do tomorrow.

80. Ryan Booth (USA) / Rhianon Gelsomino (AUS) - Ford Fiesta R2
We were having some problems with our diff so we had to take it pretty easy, just had to get through it.

103. Diego Dominguez (PRY) / Rogelio Lopez (ESP) - Ford Fiesta R2
Pretty happy, I think we could have beaten Radstrom.

104. Edward Lewis (GBR) / Dominic Adams (GBR) - Ford Fiesta R2
Not bad, we had a little bit of a half-spin. We were cautious in quite a few areas, but had a few OK times.

105. Louise Cook (GBR) / Stefan Davis (GBR) - Ford Fiesta R2
That was harder that one. The second loop of stages today were really quite bad, and really slippery, so we were just happy to get through them, they were really, really tricky.

81. Keanna Erickson-Chang (USA) / Niall Burns (IRL) - Ford Fiesta R2
No we didn't enjoy it as we lost oil pressure in the middle of the stage.
